I made multiple choice and drag-n-drop quizzes using HTML, Javascript, and CSS coding. This gave me the opportunity to experiment with different text editors, including Notepad, Kompozer, and Brackets.

Sea Lion Quiz

I used a template and followed tutorial instructions to change the background color, add spaces, add a horizontal rule, and change the quiz title and font. I changed the width of the question box to a more fitting size. I added a footer containing my name, centered it, and changed the font to bold Calibri size 4 to enhance readability. I went into the Java script and changed the first 2 lines to increase the quiz to 10 questions and answers. I also added fun feedback phrases for my sea lion theme, like "FIN-tastic!" and "CRAB-ulous!" I added 10 questions and answers by copying, pasting, and changing the Java script for the questions and answers. This was my first experience with coding and, once I got the hang of it, I had fun.

Marine Animal Diet Drag-n-Drop Quiz

I used a drag-n-drop quiz template and made significant changes to the code using the Kompozer text editor. I practiced changing font styles, colors, and sizes, changed box sizes, and edited text until I was happy with my customized quiz.
